【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanstandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtestsforraillocomotivesforuseinundergroundmining(i.e.minelocomotives)andotherundergroundworkings(e.g.tunnellinglocomotives).2ThisEuropeanstandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,theoperationandthemaintenanceoflocomotiveswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotaddressthespecialhazardsassociatedwiththerackdriveofrackandpinionlocomotives.3ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotdealwithradiationandvibration.Itdoesnotaddressremotecontrollocomotivesoroperationinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.Hazardsduetonoiseareexcludedfromthisstandard,butaseparatestandardisinpreparationwherehazardsduetonoisewillbeaddressed.1.4ThisEuropeanstandardappliestolocomotiveswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.
