【摘要】:ThispartofISO11151specifiesrequirementsforlasercomponentsusedintheinfraredspectralrange,fromwavelengths2,10?mto15,0?m,andfacilitatesthesupplyofspareparts:—byspecifyingpreferreddimensionsandtolerances,therebyreducingthevarietyoftypes;—bystandardizingthespecificationsandremovingbarrierstotrade;—byestablishinganagreeddesignationforitemorders.ThispartofISO11151coversplanar,piano-sphericalandsphericalsubstrates,lensesandopticalcomponentsthataredesignedspecificallyasstandardizedopticalcomponentsnormallyofferedviacataloguefromsuppliersandintendedforusewithlasers.ThispartofISO11151includescomponentdescriptions,materialsemployed,physicaldimensionsandmanufacturingtolerances(includingsurfacefinish,figureandparallelism).Althoughmost,butnotallofthesecomponentswillbecoated(fullyreflecting,partiallyreflectingoranti-reflecting)beforeincorporationintothelasersystem,thispartofISO11151doesnotincluderecommendationsforthespecificationofcoatings.NOTEForopticalcomponentsusedintheultra-violet,visibleandnearinfraredspectralranges(190nmto2100nm),refertoISO11151-1.Forthespecificationandtestingofopticalcoatings,refertotheISO9211series.
