【摘要】:Thisblankdetailspecificationisnot,byitself,aspecification.ItispartofthegenericspecificationIEC1314-1(QC880000),andappliestoeachoftheenvironmentalcategories1,2,3,5and99(seeIEC874-1-1).Itincludes:-themandatoryqualityassurancetestandexaminationschedulesandperformancerequirementstobeperformedforeachofEnvironmentalcategories1,2,3,5and99;-ablankworksheetwithinstructionsforpreparingdetailspecifications.Environmentalcategory1suggestsaprotectedenvironmentconsistingofcontrolledtemperatureandhumidityconditionswithcompleteprotectionfromtheelements.Examplesofsuchenvironmentsareofficesandbuildingswithclimaticallycontrolledconditions.Environmentalcategory2suggestsanenvironmentwithoutclimatecontrolbutwithprotectionfromtheelements.Examplesofsuchenvironmentsareoutdoorenclosures,cabinetsandstoragefacilities.Environmentalcategory3suggestsasevereenvironmentwithoutclimatecontrolorprotectionfromtheelements.Examplesofsuchenvironmentsarethosefoundinlandvehicles,shipsandaircraft.Environmentalcategory5suggestsaprotectedenvironmentwithclimatecontrolandprotectionfromtheelementsbutwithasevereusageofthefan-out.Examplesofsuchenvironmentsareofficebuildingswithclimaticallycontrolledconditionswheretheconnectors/splicesofthefan-outwillexperiencerepeatedengagementanddisengagement.Environmentalcategory99shouldbeusedwherethestandardEnvironmentalcategoriesarenotsuitablefortheapplication.Detailspecificationwritersmayaddtestsand/orgroupsofteststoaparticularenvironmentalcategory.However,thedetailspecificationwritershallnotremovetestsnoralterthesequenceofanenvironmentalcategory.Whenadetailspecificationwriteraddsteststoaspecifiedcategory,theenvironmentalcategoryshallbegivenaplus(+)designation.Thesameappliesforaddingandremovingofexaminationsandmeasurements.Example:environmentalcategory2(+).
