【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC15504providesguidanceonmeetingtheminimumsetofrequirementsforperforminganassessmentcontainedinISO/IEC15504-2.Itprovidesanoverviewofprocessassessmentandinterpretstherequirementsthroughtheprovisionofguidanceon:a)performinganassessment;b)themeasurementframeworkforprocesscapability;c)processreferencemodelsandprocessassessmentmodels;d)selectingandusingassessmenttools;e)competencyofassessors;f)verificationofconformity.Thisdocumentusesthefollowingschema:thetextinsideaboxisquotedfromthenormativeISO/IEC15504-2andthetextfollowingaboxisguidanceaboutthenormativetext.Ifthequotedtextincludesaclausereference,itisunderstoodthatISO/IEC15504-2shouldbereferredto.
