【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardappliestocold-reducedcarbonsteelsheetofcommercialanddrawingqualities.Itissuitableforapplicationswheresurfaceisofprimeimportance.2Commercialqualitysheet(CR1)isintendedforgeneralfabricatingpurposeswheresheetisusedintheflatorforbending,moderateforming,andweldingoperations.Itisproducedinthicknessesof0,36mmandthicker(commonlyproducedupto4mm)andinwidthsof600mmandover,incoilsandcutlengths.3Drawingqualitysheet(CR2,CR3,CR4,CR5)isintendedfordrawingorsevereforming,includingwelding.Itisproducedinthicknessesof0,36mmandthicker(commonlyproducedupto4mm)andinwidthsof600mmandwider,incoilsandcutlengths.DrawingqualitysheetshallbefurnishedtoalltherequirementsofthisInternationalStandard,or,byagreementwhenordered,tofabricateanidentifiedpart,inwhichcasethemechanicalpropertiesofTable3donotapply.Drawingqualitiesareidentifiedasfollows:—CR2-Drawingquality—CR3-Deepdrawingquality—CR4-Deepdrawingqualityaluminumkilled(non-ageing)—CR5-Extradeepdrawingquality(stabilizedinterstitialfree)4Cold-reducedsheetlessthan600mmwidemaybeslitfromwidesheetandwillbeconsideredassheet.
